My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were some lapses in room servicing. The location, integrated within the lush nature with a pool and beach, was a highlight, though it could get busy. The location is perfect for exploring nearby activities, but not recommended for high-end luxury seekers. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, offering a convenient stay.
The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, but lacked dressers for drawer space, instead featuring a 1950's wicker couch and coffee table taking up unnecessary space. The cleanliness was commendable, with a good room size provided for us, but a bit late check-in at 4:00 pm.
